Time Warner - TWX ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing signed me up for secondary service

I signed up for a free trial of aol's service and called to cancel right away. They billed me $25.90 on 5/1/06 and gave me a refund of that $25.90 on 5/5.

Starting with June until December however, they charged me $9.95 a month for 'Music Now' without me noticing. When I called for a refund on 1/3/07 they told me the AOL service I signed up for and Music Now are separate services, but I never signed up for Music Now seperately, I only signed up for the first aol service.

They told me they could only give me a refund for 2 months because you only have 60 days after getting billed to file a dispute.
