Never again

If you ever think you want to use Stamps.com for your postage - DON'T. I canceled their service in December and they are still billing me in March. I called today to find out why and they said that when I called to cancel they waived my regular service for one month and I had to call back and tell them again that I no longer wanted their service. Don't you think if you call and cancel a service that it means you want to cancel the service! And, oh-by-the way, we are charging you an additional month because you didn't call us before the second day of this month!!!
