I called to cancel my subscription in mid December. Everything went, or so I thought until I got my bank statement in January to find that I had been charged $49.99 along with $0.99 by True.

I was outraged and sent several e-mails to them each to no response. Come to think of it, I have never gotten a response for any issue by their customer service. The online "customer care" is unresponsive and the mail seems to be largely ignored.

Anyway, they have not responded to my e-mails to this day. I already called to cancel once, and it's not my fault that my account was re-activated without my permission. I have "suspended" my account to avoid being billed, but now I'm ready to take some action. And to add salt to the wound, none of the women there liked me! I'm done with "Internet dating" anyway.

In conclusion, if you're going to sign-up for this site, please be ready and willing to pay.
