I initiated a subscription to true.com in November of 05. I had a lot of problems generating the website and reported this problem to true customer service. I was offered a free month which would end contract in January of 06. I called true.com and informed them of my cancellation and was told that they would cancel my subscription. I took their verbal agreement as is, " agreed upon".in February, a friend called me and informed me that they was looking on the website and my profile indicated that I was active. I took the liberty to email true customer care service on 2/10/06 and received a response from them stating, " as of 2/12/06 processed cancellation" of my subscription. On 2/22/06, they went into my bank account and took out a payment and they continued taking payments out up until 4/22/06. I consider this stealing and this is no different then identity theft.
