Ripoff, dishonest fraudulent billing. Terrible costomer service i sin ripoff

I signed up for a free trial membership at true dot com and didnt like it. I sent many e-mails with no replies, so i canceled but didnt know that i had to call in and being they are 2 hrs ahead of us by the time i got off work it was to late to talk to them.
So i took a day off from work to get this done and they had billed me once again and told me that i couldnt be refunded this is after one day.
Well i went months and i was going through their site and i was checking my billing account, and by accident I clicked the wrong button and was enrolled again with out giving any of my credit info.
This is when I found out they store your credit card info. Even after you cancel your billing with them.
Which I later found out is against the law to do.
Well many months went by and I signed up for a site called
tickled and didnt know it was part of true.com and when I called in to cancel it the customer service rep. Tryed to give me 2 months free but I told him to cancel my pay account.
He was gone for some time and when he came back he told me it was done.
Well some time went by and I noticed my bank account was comming up short.
So I called my bank and thay told me it was being billed by true.com.
I call them once more and had the same fight with them about why my accoun wasnt cancelled and they said the other rep. Offered me 2 free months.
I told then that I had told them to cancel my billing account and she said she couldnt refund my money I told her it was fraud
she just laughted and said she couldnt do any thing.
So I had them remove me all the way out of their system and all my info with it.
