Ripoff sneaky dishonest billing, refusal to offer refunds

This dating website has the most deceptive and devious billing practices seen. Numerous personalized e-mails inferring that you are already a member, then an innocent trial of a 99 cent no-obligation coaching session, which is in reality a commitment to purchase their service. Most likely you are unaware that they are contractually obligating you to a monthly $49.99 charge after a few days UNLESS and ONLY unless you contact them by telephone to cancel.

They will not accept any internet communication to cancel. (Funny, they have no problem allowing you to sign up online. You just may not CANCEL online. Very interesting.) They possess the most abusive non-responsive automoton customer service personnel who will dance you around for 10 to 15 minutes before telling you that noone will take any corrective action and that they have already forwarded an e-mail to you outlining the "contractual" obligation. (Funny that that document was nowhere to be seen when sgning up.)

I've gotten burned TWICE by these evildoers (shame on me!), apparently under the guidance of their company president Herb Vest. When contacting my bank, Washington Mutual, on both occasions the customer sevice personnel there shared that they have hundreds of complaints from people that have been "slammed" (the customer service personnel's words) by this company.
