Fraudulent/deceptive subscription practice

Continued to be billed by OneGreatFamily.com and requested it be stopped and refund given. I had sent notice within 3 days during "Free trial" and company reports no record of notice. Request to cancel was on 5/15/10
Their response:
I have canceled your subscription as you requested (removed #). After 06/15, your account will downgrade to a free, limited use guest account. This is at no risk or cost to you.

Requested they correct the error of billing and review their records about. Hoping this would be satisfactory to each party.
Their response:
We do not have any record of you calling or writing in to cancel your account prior to today.

The terms and conditions state: "To avoid being charged after the trial period, cancellation requests must be finalized within the trial period by following directions that will be emailed to you after we have received your cancellation request." If you have record of emails you sent or received from us confirming your cancellation, please forward them to us at info@onegreatfamily.com so we can get this resolved.

The Terms and conditions further state: "All other subscriptions including, monthly, quarterly, biannual subscriptions or annual renewals, may be canceled by you at any time but no refund will be made for unused subscription periods."

It took them 3 days to respond to my original complaint. But less than 8 hrs when I requested the correct the billing and I would be a satisfied customer. NO response has been recieved about resolving the issue.
