Rip-off bogus charges

Little did I know that AT&T has been charging me for calls that I didnt make and at that @. 40ct a pop. I came upon these charges and called the company.

When I called a guy who said his name was Jeff told me that apparently I had and I said oh really when, he reply man I dont have that information available right now and then I ask him for a telephone archive cause this would help pinpoint these dates and time I am been billed for and he proceeded to tell me that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to have these available and I have not heard from At&t on this.

I e-mail member services which was no use to me because I got an automated reply that had the nerve to ask me if the information was useful to me HELL NO IT WASNT, shame on you AT&T for not having the courage to face your customers and answers my questions. Needles to say I dont know what to do AT&T has been charging me this charge from what my bills say for a very long time. Do not trust at&t. I want my money back AT&T.
