Dishonest Attorney, poorly represented my brother, receipt for monies given on back of his business card how proffesional is that. Never returned my calls, RIPOFF

My brother retained Mr Steven B Lieberman the attorney in question. Unfortunatly for him he is still serving time in the county jail as per Mr Lieberman's bad advice which he tried to question but this lazy lawyer just wanted to get the case over with and get paid as quickly and as much as he could.

It seemed like every time we called his office he was on vacation or in a meeting. Never returned calls promptly or proffesionally. This attorney has got to be the worst or one of the worst in NJ. Also beware if he is representing you in Somerset NJ his home office town were he seems to be more than too friendly with the prosecutor. Golfing buddies my brother got the raw end of that one.

After we retained this attorney in good faith he gave us a receipt on his business card for a hefty retainer fee which we left. No contract or other monies collected were receipted after several requests. Over $10,000 later still no contract. We plan to take this to the NJ board of Ethics and hire an Honest attorney to look into Mr Liebermans Business practice with previous clients.
