They use profanity, screaming, demanding

Well my report is againts NRS is a recovery or collection agency for at&t this
company is the worst i dont understand how they stay in business what kind of laws apply to this people they are rude ignorant and nasty, i try making payment arrangements with them and becouse is not the amount they whant they dont care to listeng to me. I explain to them that i dont have all the money that owe but i can make payments after beeing on the phone for moore then an hour with them i didnt get anywhere all i got was this jentleman by the name of jason screaming at me using profanity and telling me to get my f'n check book so i can pay off my debt thats when i reply and told him to get me his manager he refused and keept screaming i told him that i would called back to give me his # becouse he was calling me at work and i didnt whant him to call me at work anymoore he reply by telling me they could do anythig they whanted and to transfer him to my boss or hr deparment i never heard of that so i told him no to get me his manager after he got tired of screaming he finaly tranfer me to his manager sara i told her and try to explain what was going on she didnt what to hear anything about it she keep ignoring me then once again she asked me how much i could pay i told her i could pay$100-150 a month i explain my situation and i told her i really whant to pay this off i just dont have all the money, she whent through my expenses i dont know why becouse if im telling you i cant pay i cant pay, but i still gave her the info she reply by telling me that the # didnt mach and if iwas that much in debt in my position im probably loosing everything thats when i reply and told her yea thats where im at, so she refuse to help me she told me she was going to transfer me to her manager becouse i dindt whant to make payment arrangements yes about this time i was fustraded what in the hell you mean im not trying to make payment arrangements i am is just not the amount you whant. Come on give a break so many people dont whant to even pay im trying here and i beeing screamed at omg. Finaly she transfer me to her manager jack i try to tell him what was going on and basically he didnt cared he just totally ignored me told me he would make a note on my account ask me how much i was able to pay i told him he reply by telling me they would still keep collecting i dont know what he meant by that when i asked if thats how they conduct business by beeing rude and ussing profanity he didnt reply just said good bye. Well thats nrs for you i would think on how bad the economy is they would take my money no matter what the amount is. And atnt you should be a shame of youself using this nasty company
