Wcvalueplus / timelifeus I while back I order one thing from time life an that keep charging me for more... Then they are affiliated with wcvalueplus who i never heard of which is charging me too

A while back I ordered a country cd from timelife us. They asked me if i wanted more service an i said NO i just want this one cd. All of a sudden after i already recieved my cd there sending me more an billing me for it when i told them i didnt want anymore cds... So i checked my capitol one statment on the phone an another company (wcvalueplus) is charging me 19.95 which i never heard of them. So i called up timelife an told them to refund my money an also told them about the other place charging me 19.95 and they said they were affiliated with them so they gave me wcvalueplus number. So i called them to straighten out my 19.95 charge to my credit card an they told me i dont even have an account, which i shouldnt because ive never heard of them before. But im still being charged 19.95 from that company... So i called timelife us back an talked to a different person this time an they said they werent affiliated with that company. So why would they tell me they were affiliated when i called the first time an they gave me a number. An then the lady gave me another 1800 number an it ended up being a sex talk hotline. This is rediculous First of all i dont understand how they got my card number, it was obviously timelifeus who gave them my credit card information which is illegal right? I mean what company has the right to give your credit card information out to another company thats outrageous... These guys need to be stopped an sewed for everything they got...
