Amazon Empty Promises

I have been trying to sell a set of pliers on Amazon with the "sell yours here" option for weeks. The website timed out each time I tried to register a seller account. I contacted them for help via their online form, and they reply with some links and ambiguous information and said "contact me if you have more questions!" I reply, no response. I write again, they make a new ticket. Access new ticket, none of the links work. Again. Try to reply, can't reply.

Seriously guys? You really have to make this THAT HARD to contact you about selling a lousy set of unused pliers?

It's like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, there is zero continuity of support, and they consistently send information that is unhelpful and/or irrelevant.

I have spent so much money on Amazon over the years it's not even funny. I buy almost everything there. I'm a Prime member. I've been patient when they make little mistakes. I'm a longtime loyal customer. So why make it so difficult or impossible for one of your loyal customers to sell stuff on Amazon? Maybe I don't want to go to ebay! But sadly, there is apparently no alternative.
