Ups delivered my package to someone else with a completey different name than me ripoff Oxnard california

I ordered expensive photos, UPS delivered them to another residence and even had someone else sign for them. So thats, wrong address and wrong name. You'd think that they would ask who you are and atleast confirm the adress if the person signing has a different name than the shipping adress. Very nerve wracking as I wait for my baby announcements. Whats the point in paying extra, go usps instead.
