Usps flat rate mailings

If you use the usps flat rate mailers, buyers be ware, the postal service is not responsible for you even receiving your package. I had a company send a package in January, but did not purchase their special insurance. The postal carrier said she delivered the package, while I was out of town, and having the mail and packages held at the post office. I guess the postal carrier had an extra Christmas present at my expense to the tune of 565.00. I had to pay for a package that she reaped the benefits of, and the postal officials are backing her l00%. Great huh.
