Wrong Advice at Account Opening, Mail Address Not Fixed and Overdraft Fees

1. Wrong and dishonest advise in order to open account and issue credit cards.

2. Failed to rectify address despite more than 15 calls to customer service requesting our mail. After request to postal services, notification of change of address, it seems there is no way for US Bank to input proper address.

3. On purpose they applied payments from the wrong account to create overdraft and claim fees for up to $1200,00 for an overdraft of $300,00 and a period
