The company was notified to discontinue service in may again in june and finally in sept.
They billed me and gave me instructions on how nto use their service in may, in june they said I would have to return their modem before disconnection could be done and in Sept they told me they had recieved the modem, but there is a 39.95 disconnection fee.
! 00.00 dollars plus paid out for nothing!!
