Returned my scantool and $50 dollars june 4th and have received nothing but the run around and email lies. Ripoff

I ordered the scan tool which didn't work on my chevy 1996 vehicle. I was notified by Gore Research to return unit with $50 dollars check june 4th. As of today Nov. 7th. I have 9 email and the run around about my order, and no scan tool.
