I won a auction at gamerooster.com for a pair of white kelso sent a money order for 200.00 on May 24 on May 27 I recieved a email saying he recieved m/o would mail on Tuesday. On May30 I recieved a email saying it was raining to hard to mail chickens would try the next day. On May 31 I recieved a email saying still raining to hard to mail chickens. On june first I recieved a email saying he would mail the next day. On June 2 I recieved email saying he needed the address again. On June 3 I recieved a email saying he would mail chickens on Monday.

On June 5 I recieved a email saying chickens were sick with pox. On June 6 I sent a email saying I wanted my money back I get a email same day saying he could send another chicken breed I said no send refund he said no problem. On June 7 I recieve another email asking if I wanted him to send the other breeds the next day I sent email back saying no just send refund. On June 8 I recieved a email saying can send me a refund on Monday. On June 9 I recieved a email saying I can send you two other breed chickens again I said no please send me my refund got a email saying I will send your refund the next day.

On June 12 he sends me a email saying here is a tracking number for the chickens I mailed you I check the tracking number and got a message saying invalid tracking number I sent him a email back telling him this and said I wanted my refund not the other chickens I never bidded on or seen. On June 14 I recieve email saying he got birds back they can't be ship to SC and he will send refund in a couple of days minus 46.00 due to shipping me birds and they went back to him and now he is calling me stupid / moron / dumb because I want my money back and says he will not send refund.
