Return Policy is misleading

After I attempted to come back a record case, unopened container without bill (lost it) to Focus On store, they created me to possibly get anything from their Workplace Supply Division (at same price or more), or consider it home. Easily could easily get a shop credit to ensure that I will get anything I might require in a later period I inquired? They said no.

I had been in-rush when I was on the road to airport and really had no-interest of buying then. He couldnot explain why they couldnot matter a store credit, although I requested to talk to store-manager. I requested the worker at return table when I really could return it with no issue, he said yes and grabbed anything a greater price in rush.

You know what, after I returned a couple of days later, ditto happend in my experience. Go home, or I had been advised to possibly do a change. I mentioned I'd reciept and was informed after I did my exchang I really could return it with no issue. No, the receipt has published that my initial return was without receipt, consequently, they handled this product that was minute as no receipt having a receipt.

The main reason I'd to come back my initial product was since I'd to maneuver from the home to an apartment (down-sizing), I truly had room and utilization of it. Today Goal drew on more income out-of me, and that I caught with no space for this and an object I actually donot require.

I needed to contribute it to Answer Army, usually you'll find it before their shop, you know what Goal banned them too.
