Goal return division wouldn't trade a 14.99 carpet I bought on 7-7-08. I applied my blank-check to get a bill lookup but their was no report I created the purchase only a time before. This process of receipt is assume to become just like great whilst the unique bill. I needed simply to trade for that same product which was not broken (snagged). Evidently I'd 2 results with no bill for that year (?), so now I'm prohibited to complete any results for that year with no bill. I currently repurchase exactly the same rug again after being refused the return of the very first broken carpet. I merely desired to return among the carpets and today I've a bill! Return table stated I really could not do the return since it was illegitimate. ILLEGITIMATE? I've NOW A GOOD RECEIPT AND WANT TO COME BACK A CARPET! The purpose I'm PRODUCING is a small customer support along with a no huge deal exclusion must of looked after this annoying experience at Goal. A no flex principle, even when it'll conserve company appears to be their method of managing a scenario. I'll certainly walk out my method to not store at Goal. Wal mart is a great option and K-Mart will need to do. The amount of support from the normal worker towards the mind cashier/boss would be the same. No client satisfaction and administration abilities which are certainly without several methods. Finally, easily saved every bill from Goal I'd have 100s and 100s. Kitten food, chips, tanktops, recipe soap, wash etc.-are not worth preserving in my experience. What happened to my bill lookup anyhow? I spend a large number of bucks on the standard schedule at Goal nevertheless when it involves a person fulfillment scenario they might care less. Goal-A ture inability to clients.
