Billed for Dial-Up Internet Never Ordered or Used

AT&T is my local telephone service provider. For last two months they have been billing me, may I add fraudulently, for a dial-up connection that I never ordered and never used. Each time they billed me with under different service provider (Netzero, and then Integretel). Call to AT&T customer support does is not helpful at all. Even though, it is a problem in their bill they refuse to deal with it.
