Aol
Ripoff, dishonest fraudulent billing, can't get this resolved internet

Internet & Web

I had Aol and canceled, I went with FrontierDSL as my service provider. Received a bill AOL had charged 246. For what they said was dial up. I don't understand too much about this kind of stuff. When I spoke to their Customer Service Rep they told me that they would rebate 110.00 if I took they 4.95 monthly charge as a piggy back to my service provider and I would still have access to my Aol email, better than paying the full 246. No? So I did that. Now I'm getting billed 35.00 and 47.00 for dial up and 4.95 for the other change. How can I have both on this computer? I spoke with billing and they say it's how i'm set up call Aol, call AOL Tech Dept, did that, they tell me that it's billing problem. After spending hours on the phone I still am no where and now I'm afaid to use my computer. Frontier said that I only have their equipment and I have no Icon for AOL or program on my computer. What's gong on?

Who can we report AOL to and get some action? They need to be stopped. How many other people is this happening to.
