Recent phone bill included $93.15 for a new internet service provider completely unautorized by household. Three calls made to an internet provider on consecutive days completely fraudulent. I believe it was done via our dial-up connection while in use as we received error messages and unwelcomed icon around the time of the charges. Received a one time courtesy for the charges and put freeze on future use of phone line through this billing company used by Zero Plus Dialing.
