Ripoff fraudulent billing double billing

Integretel has charged my telephone bill for unknown services. I never knowingly agreed to any charges, yet twice, a 1X setup fee appeared on my phone bill. Not only was I billed $16.30 for nothing, I was billed twice!
These charges are being disputed. I am notifying my telephone provider, and having a "bill Blocker" added to my phone line.
