Ripoff, I cancelled reservations within a few hours after My reservations were made, because My Brother's death. Said could not refund any of My money because I did not send all the required information on time

On August 9th I made reservations with Priceline.com to attend My Brother's funeral in New York. I had to cancel My reservations within a few hours after I made them when I learned the funeral date had been changed.
I called Priceline to cancel and also e-mailed them all the information they required. I was not allowed to just cancel My reservation and pay a cancellation fee. They kept all of My money that they charged to My Visa card in a sum of $374.25 and told me it is not refundable. I feel they stole My money and lied when they say I did not send them the required information when it was all done on Aug. 9th. I would never use their service again, they are crooks.
