Got me reservations at hotel without advising me they were under construction and had no elevator service and won't refund me any money back, ripoff

I made reservations on line to go to Md. And was not told during the transaction at all that the hotel I selected was under construction and did not have elevator service.

I went with my 71 year old mom and my 5 year old son and were placed on the top floor with no indication at time of check in that there was no elevator.

I e-mailed Priceline and they sent me an e-mail back and only offered me a 10.00 certificate off the next booking that I would make thru Priceline.

I turned this down and will never use priceline again. They refused to give me any money back. I checked oput a day early b/c of this and was advised no refund.
