Ripoff fraudulent billing for collect phonecalls, I had never made nor received

On June-21 I had received a phone call from "D-Tech" Billing Services Dallas Texas, P.O. Box 650788, Dallas/Texas, 75265-0788, collectphonecalls.com and they had ask me for some personal Informations concerning a bill.

I had ask them, what this was all about, and they said, they needed my Informations first, before they can release any Billing Information.

So I gave them my Informations, and they said, they will send something through the mail to me.

A couple of days later, I had received a Bill for a collect Phonecall, Dated Summer of 2005 to the Phone-Number 505-636-0050 and they ask for $ 6.71 incl. Service call, Taxes and fees:
Collect Call from 505-648-9021, Minutes: 15,
on July-10 9:25 PM, from Lincoln County NM, Call amount $ 3.70 plus Service fee $ 2.75
plus Tax $ 0.26

I called them up, and explained, that I didn't had that Phone-Number way back in and just got this Cellphone on April-17 assigned to that Number 505-636-0050, which is a "Prepaid Plan" though.

"DTech" Billing Service 800-806-8602 said, that they need some proof concerning that, such as a bill stating, that I've got that Phone on April-17.

I told them, that there is no Bill, because it is Prepaid.

DTech replied, that they want a "3-way-calling" for verification, and I'd told them, that there is no way because I do not have 3 way available, I can only call with *369 or * 611 and reach customer service to get verification, but DTech said, they didn't have time to wait and hung up the phone!

I called them couple days later, and they answered, that I can disregard that bill now.
That was in July.

Today, August-3 I had received another bill from them, and now they added a "Late payment fee" of $ 29. Oo to that bill, asking a total amount of $ 35.71 Payable by Delinquent Date Aug-12 with the "Attention Notice" if Payment of $ 35.71 is not received by Aug-12 they will ad another "Processing fee for late payment" of another $ 29. Oo so equaling a total amount of $ 54.71

I called them up today again, and they are demanding proof, that I didn't had that phone Number in which I cannot provide, because it is a "PREPAID" Plan.

They are fraudulently billing me for services, I had never used and adding monthly late fees of $ 29. Oo on top of that.

I would like to know, if any others have or having problems with that company, and what would you suggest to do?
