I received a collect call without the operators help. The tape recorder rung the phone and I excepted the call. I was told it was much cheaper without the operator's help, but it was not. I beleive he called me from a 585 area code number and not 209 area code.
I only talked for a short while. The invoice said I talked for 4-minutes and charged $16.68.
The summary stated total usage 15.59, Service fee $2.75, total taxes 1.09, with a total of $19.43.
To put the icings on top, they informed me that if I don't pay by 10/26/06, $29.00 processing fee would be added.
I would like to know what is my correct bill? This is definitely a ripoff. This company need to be stopped.
