Doen't back up product ripoff, should be on companies dime

Well this is my second report, one was on how I was had 270.00 bucks on a credit card scam. Well then this happens, I bought a Playstation game about 2 weeks ago, Max Payne.

I hear its a great game, well anyways I didn't open it until school was done I had a huge paper due so I did't want to get sucked into it quite yet. Well I finished up and one night decided to open it up. It was wrapped up from the factory.

I opened it up and their was a piece of notebook paper that read "YOU GOT F*CKED" along with a trial AOL disc. I was pissed, someone at the factory had stolen this CD. Okay I paid 50.00 dollars for this disc.

The very next day I called the store I had bought it from, They told me too much time had passed, so I told them I bought it as a birthday present for my brother. I got the run around, call this number, call that number, call national headquarters.

I'm told once its open they will not accept it unless its defective. So not even getting the disc doesn't fall in this catagory. They tell me too many people copy them and try to take them back.

I can't copy it, I never got it, then they in not so many words accused me of stealing it and attempting to obtain another game. I told them I just wan't the same game. Really how much do you think it cost to produce these games. CENTS I'm sure. Just give me another. Still trying to at least get something at this point. This is absolutly insane
