EB Games Can't return game you buy that are already open

I went to try to return my game to get another because I did not like the one I had purchased. When I got to the store they told me that I would have to "trade it in" and the $63.00 game I bought would be traded in for $25. I called the customer service line and they told me the game could be returned returned only if it had not been opened which in my case the game had already been opened by the store and they did not put a sticker on it when they checked me out. I think from now on I might just spend my money in a better place and go to Walmart.
