Ripoff once you buy its yours, were out of the picture

MY WIFE BOUGHT MY SON A PSP GAME FROM BEST BUY
I BOUGHT THE SAME GAME BY MISTAKE AT BEST BUY MY SON OPENED THE GAMES (I GAVE HIM MINE LATE WIFE WAS ASLEEp worked late) my son opened the package and said hey mom gave me the same game. So the next day i went into the store just to let him exchange it for another game well the * starts. Manager says sorry only the same title (why the hell do i want 2 games the same at $50) well basically told me too bad. My son was upset so i took it to a blockbuster turned it in for $20 dollars and he got the game he wanted.

Another problem with them wife bought law and order-criminal intent for her p.C. After loading the game on her p. C could not get it to function. All specs on p. C matched. Went to the manufactures web site legacyinteractive.com and found this games loaded with problems not working crashes etc and no game patch. So i printed all the information about the game and went into you guessed best rip off. Showed it to the clerk and she said well ill give you the same game. (are people stupid or what issues on the game in your face want a credit and get something else) well not going to happen called there corporate and they have the same attitude well sent it back to the manufacture. I ASKED HER IF THEY WILL CONTINUE TO SELL THE GAME KNOWING ALL THE ISSUES AND HER ANSWER (WELL I DONT KNOW) SO AGAIN I SELL THE $30 GAME FOR $10 TO A COMPUTER STORE AND MY WIFE GETS A GAME THAT WORKS LOST ANOTHER $20

My advice dont buy any software game or dvd from best buy you will get screwed and they dont care.

Circuit city sells software also and they dont have the same outlook they will exchange non working crap and if you loose your recept they can look it up. Best buy is the cant do store

No more business from me just got a new plasma flat tv $3400 dollars and audio system harmon kardon for circuit city $1800

After speakers dvd player and all the add ons. Was screwing me out of a $50 game and a $30 game worth it best buy?
