Ripoff, Scam, Credit card fraud consumer rip-off fraud

I found a unauthorized charge on my bank statement for $61.02 from AMR LD SERVICE.

I found that it was a charge for long distance services. I do NOT own a telephone and would have never signed up for such a service. I had found that Tiger Direct sold my account information to AMR.

I went back to www.tigerdirect.com and re-read the privacy policy.

Nowhere in the policy does it say that your credit card information would be sold to any company. I

Contacted both AMR and Tiger Direct. I am supposed to receive a charge back from AMR but Tiger Direct was just plain rude on the phone.

I am thinking of taking some sort of legal action against both companies.

I have contacted the Indiana Attorney Generals office. I think everyone should do the same and get both companies to stop the unauthorized selling and billing for services.

It just pisses me off they can be so bold.
