Caused me to lose my trucking business by not paying

I hauled flatbed freight for george combs for 3 months, i kept asking him for my pay everyweek, he said that the companies he got the loads from has not paid him yet, but once they paid him he would pay me my 3 months back pay in cash,

I never got got my pay so i lost my truck, i paid out atleast 20.000.00 dollars just to buy the truck and get it ready for the road, with ins. And tags and tires. Sense he did not pay me i could not make my truck payments so i lost my truck and my business.

9 other drivers also lost there trucks cause of gherkins transport and george combs. His checks are also bad. He also goes by southeastern flatbed service. He so called company is in goldsboro, n.C. Behind the john deere dealer on j&l drive, he also goes by frank h* farms are do not haul any freight for him, under none of his business names,

He is wanted in 28 states for not paying his fuel taxes, are highway use taxes. And his unempolyment payments and child support his dot number is fake and his motor carriers numbers are fake also.
