Signed a contract with kar auto transport barrie ontario to ship my kids truck from medicine hat ab to goobies nfld.
Kar auto wanted to be paid upfront and I obliged for a price of 2045.00, they quoted on my contract 14 to 28 days delivery time it took 50 days.
Stated in contract that they are responsible to get my truck to its final destination this was a lie as they were not paying there bills to other trucking companies and my truck got put on hold because these guys were noy getting paid.
I was then told to make arrangements my self and kar auto would reinburse me another 800.00 I did not go for that and talked to the company holding my truck and they moved it and are still waiting for payment from kar auto for this move and many more
My truck showed up with damanage to the roof at a total cost to fix at 3300.00, all emergency tools, booster cables and get this one the flooor mats wre stolen from truck.
Company willl not return my calls or emails and owe trucking companies money all over atlantic canada, wonder how many other people or companies are gettting RIPED OFF FROM THESE NICE GUYS.
