Majestic Transport, Trucking Company, Fleet Owner, Leased to Panther Ripoff

Dale and Christina Shively the owners of supposed "Majestic Transport" owe me a lot of money. For starters, $390 for 2000 miles of deadhead pay, which they claim they only pay if Panther pays it to them. However it does not say that in the contract with them. It just says I get paid deadhead miles. $110 is what they charged me for "cleaning" the truck after the caretakers who I was told to leave the truck leave in their absence of not being in town said it looked "good". I removed everything I had from it, vacuumed, the truck out. The only thing I forgot to do was dump the ashtray. Keep in mind that most detail shops dont even charge $110 to clean out even a trashed truck.

They also never reimbursed me for many items I had to buy for the truck, fire extinguisher, a part for the air conditioner, tolls (which they were supposed to be paying for according to the contract. Their truck which is a 2000 Freightliner FL-70 TRK# 5186 leased to Panther II continuously broke down. They got mad when I told them I was quitting because the truck would not run AND because they were filing bankruptcy. They expected me to work for them knowing that they might not be able to pay me. Their mechanic in Belton told me they owe him $1000 and he states he did not fix the air conditioner on my truck correctly because he was not going to buy the parts himself, and Shively would not pay for them. They breached their own contract on two seperate clauses, 1 being the deadhead and the second being the mediation clause. To which I requested on numerous occasions a mediator. They also did not pay me for my time in waiting, for them to fix the truck because it was leaking diesel all over the place, and then driving it back to Belton. I feel that was worth $250.00. Because I could have went on about my own business and not worried about it. IT IS NOT abandonment when the truck does not run and they do not have someone there to fix it in 24 hours. I saved them the trouble of having to deadhead back down to Texas to pick the junk up. The least that they could have done was paid me what all they owed me to begin with.
