Not Paid for Delivering Freight - Don't work for free! Signed on as independent contracto

Company is 8 weeks behind payroll I am switching motor carriers today, as they have no freight and we have not been paid for the last 5000 miles of loads that we delivered we have direct deposit last deposit was dec 18 it was a partial deposit of 500.00 we are owed about 3,700.00 amt after deductions for fuel purchases and truck escrow accounts.

We have talked to other RJR transport drivers they are not getting paid eithe
