Soldier's Laptop Order Never Tracked, Account Debited, Then Cancelled

Currently I am a soldier that is deploying to Iraq I wanted to order a computer from sears.com but did not have a credit card I have had for years (since 1995) but still have an account that is active. I went to a store in Tacoma and asked a sales person to help me order one. That person did. Apparently he had to verify my identity which he did. By asking numerous questions, he then went through the ordering the computer on the phone with the call center. The sales person at the store told me that it would arrive by the 22 of the month and I could call back and talk to them on another number to verify that the order was placed. I called them back in a matter of 5 min to make sure it was good this was on the 10th of the month they told me it would be 3 days before I would get a confirmation E-mail.

On June 10th the E-Mail was sent to me the same day I guessed it took a while to make it to my account. I had not checked it. Along with several other sears adds. I made several call's to ensure my computer was being shipped to me. Needless to say on the 20th of the month my order was still processing. They did not have the ability to check on the computer being sent. They told me the only way they could contact the 3rd party that they were getting my 2000 dollar lap top from was by E-Mail apparently some one claiming to be a manager named tim. Whether he is or not I don't know. For 6 days I called and tried to get them to give me something where this computer was in there shipping process no answer. Mind you according to the confirmation E-Mail it to be shipped on the 15th and was not.

Who pays money for something and don't get a product tracking number. They debited my account and I still don't have my computer. Not to mention that the other computer I ordered for my wife is here. No lap top, kicker I had my wife call the on line care people just to see what is going on. They told me the fix, we are stopping your order and we will be crediting your account. The Reason we are out of that model yet it was available up until 18th or 19th of the month on line. Ps. Thanks for a boring Year in Iraq. "I still have not got my money back." hope to soon
