Oh my god - i should of realized from last year when i rented the computer from rent a center that the first computer didnt work, the keyboard and they bought another computer. I gave it back to them within two weeks. I had company coming to stay with me and rented a computer this may 20th and a tv. I told them i just wanted the merchandise for a month or two.

It was the 3rd computer they bought to my house in a week. I made the first payment of 80.00- the sales person said i get a week free of the computer since the first one was broke then i didnt want a laptop. They did make 3 trips to my house. Now on 5/28 i got another job and quit my job. I then get a call my stepdad is in the hospital and had to go down to florida which was good cause i didnt start my new job until june 5th.

I told the manager when i get back from florida i will make a payment when i get my next pay. He didnt say a thing except okay. Then i get back and rent a center leaves a note they were there. But i did call during my week in florida and told them i will be back on june 5th.

Each sales person was rude and started to argue with me. I left the computer in my hallway and told them to get the computer two weeks ago. The old lady would let them up the steps to my hallway. They never showed up. Then they came the next day during the day while i wasnt home.

I told them i will give back the tv on june 12th you have to come when i am home no one is in my apt. They came three or four times during the day. I dont know what they do not understand. I do not have the capability to pick up a 32inch tv and a computer. I do not have a truck they do. So they harass my mom in florida she goes what do you want me to do i live in florida, they harass my dad telling him they are getting the marshalls. He said to them you have to come when she is home and hung up.

I told them it isnt my problem you cant come at 7pm I dont get home from work until then. They are charging me everyday and i told them 2 weeks ago to come and they never did. I was on my way out on sat, june 10th at 6pm when they called to come and get the merchandise so they can come after 6pm. It was my brothers girlfriends bridal shower and my mom was in from florida we had to be there at 630pm to surprise her and rent a center is fighting with me to be home. Why cant they have just come 2 weeks ago and get the stuff. Cause it's their excuse to keep on charging the money.
