Ripoff not respectful with money back called them and cancelled the account they took $41.00 off my checking account Groveport Ohio

First of all...

I contacted Vonage and asked to cancelled the account and the only way im aware because it's 30 days trial and does get full refund... Now... When i called them and cancelled the account and after that they took $41.00 off my checking account and was overdrafted NSF and disrespectful with me and this is the only company i ever heard of this...

Vonage stated you must return the router item back to us then we will credit full amount including shipping and handling cost back to you... This is BULL*&$! They have to refund it first then i can ship it back... It doesn't make any sense to me and i dont give a ($*& about their policy and terms this is very wrongfully!!!

They must refund full amount then they will be happy about it but... Expect Vonage is a HUGE RIP-OFF and disadvantages with all of their customers!!! DO NOT TRUST VONAGE COMPANY or THEY CAN PLAY GAMES WITH YOU!
