Sears ElectronicDeal Never Sent Purched Item, wont return calls or e-mail

I bought a few things on Sears Website, I had no idea i was not dealing with Sears but another company Sears deals with, But the Sears Banner was all over the web page. Order was placed on Dec 13 and was being shiped before Christmas, by the time the 20th came i checked to see if the tracking number would give me a trace, Tracking number never worked and calling or e-mail regarding my item was ignored, Called sears got the round-a-around and sent me a $10 gift since it was the 25th and had to go and spend more money as not to look like an a*. Waited and submitted a form with UPS and they said that the tablet was never shiped out by them, now its Jan 4 and still no response to my e-mails and sears is trying to wash there hands of the whole thing, except i blame them since there Sears Baner was on every page when i did my shoping with them and im not will to give the $100.00 or so cash to a bunch of messed up sellers.
