Run Van Lines No Integrity, No Honesty, No Respect

Please do not trust this company to your furniture. They tell you one thing and do another. I asked for a moving furniture pickup in Nevada and whether they could deliver 14 days later in Massachusetts as I needed my furniture in our new house. They promised delivery. They showed in Nevada OK on the day we asked, packed everything with exceptionally good care and left promising delivery in two weeks. We took a week off from work on the day of promissed delivery. No furniture. Still in Nevada. It took 6 weeks for the furniture to arrive one day short of 21 days after date promised. They showed up to wrong address, charged and extra $250 to go to right address, and then would not unpack bozes I paid them to unpack. They would not talk to us on the phone. Kept giving us the run around, Said US Dept of Transportation gives them 21 days from delivery date to deliver furniture. I called DOT, No such rule, just an unwritten understanding. I am sorry I used this company. PLEASE everyone, use a Nationwide, United or Mayflower National Line. I'm sorry I wanted to help the little guy. These people are poor professionals, with No Integrity, No honesty and No sense of professionalism.
