On 11/13, I purchased 2- pieces and told the sales lady I wanted all pieces to be delivered together - so the delivery date was set for 11/26. On 11/26, only the chest came - the driver (not the Store) said it was on backorder.

I called the store - they said the driver was mistaken, the bed had come in but because the drivers had left, they will deliver it on Sunday.

I would get a call by 2:00 on 11/27 for delivery date. Well, 2:00 came and went - so I call them. A gent in New Braunfels said he would check and call me back. I called again @ 5:00 because I did not here from Rob. Then about 6:30 he called and said the delivery will be on Sunday, 11/28 and I would definitely get a call.

On 11/28, at 3:00 got a call from the delivery guy stating he would be at my house between 3-6 PM. I said ok. At 6:30 PM - no driver - no furniture. So I called - he said he had up until 9:00 PM to deliver - he would be there. At 9:30 PM - we finally went to bed because we knew they were not coming. NO phone call - nothing.

11/29 - Monday - called the store in Pasadena - spoke to a Theresa who was going to take care of the problem - apologized... And by 2:00 rec'd a call by a RON, will deliver tonight after 5:00 PM. Theresa also called me back and I told her that they were delivering tonight.

Well, I am sure - you have guessed by now - DID NOT RECEIVE THE FURNITURE!

I have never in my entire being been a witness to such ineptness! No one communicates and no ONE CALLS THE CUSTOMER! I had to do all the calling - but as my husband said - they don't care - they got your money!

11/30 - called the Store - want them to pickup the furniture they delivered on Friday and to cancel the order. Then I got told that they would charge me for the extra trip! Can you believe? Way to go Donna! Appreciate your candor and honesty!

These people don't care about customer service that is for sure and they will never see a drop of my business - this was the first and last time.

As of 11/30 tonight - still no furniture and never get the same person twice - call Wisconsin - they don't care - called the Sugarland Main office - left a message twice - no return phone calls - will send this to the local TV stations and put it on UTUBE and hopefully get either my furniture or my money back!
