This is an internet underwear garment site. I ordered 2 bras that turned out to be too big and I, too, tried to get a return authorization number. They are very specific in saying that if a return authorization number is not marked on the outside of the box, the box will be refused. They do this so that WHEN they don't respond to many email request for a return authorization number and their phone # is ALWAYS busy, or mailbox is ALWAYS full and you can't leave a message, then you can't return your items.

Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT order from this company. But if you do and need to return your items, dispute the charges with your credit card company. The fact that this company is not responding to your requests for a return and they'll be forced to call and/or credit your account, might wake them up.
