A lot of things had happened and i managed to get myself into a bit of debt. And as i am still young and wanted to goto college and the such i decided getting rid of that debt now that my life was less hectic was important.

So i found a job and started paying off my debts and as i started doing so i began getting calls from debt collectors. All of which were very polite and helped me make arangements to pay off certain debts.

Then came john fox he called and left a message and when i was on my lunch break at work i called back. He kept pronouncing my name wrong and i told him a few times how to say it but he didnt care but other than that the call was nice he told me that if i could pay 690 or so they would knock off 200 dollars or so of my debt...

That wasnt very much but it was enough to make a difference when every dollar counts. And i was excited but i didnt have money and so i told him i would see what i could do and give him a call that friday which was my day off he got very upset and said well just borrow money from a family member or a friend. I told him that i couldnt and that i had to go back to work and that i would call on friday..

That day was a monday and every day between monday and friday as i was trying to figure out how to come up with the money john fox called me while i was at work... Friday came and i hadnt figured out what to do but i called him nonetheless. I told him that i couldnt find a way to get it and that it would have to wait until i saved up enough and that i work from noon to nine every day and that i cant answer when im at work.

He seemed upset and told me that he could break it down into two payements one a week for the next two weeks of 345 and i told him that that doesnt change the fact that i dont have that kind of money laying around and that if i did the debt would be payed for already. He became very angry and told me i needed to be responsible and pay it.

I told him i knew and that i had to do somethings but that i would keep trying to figure out what to do to get the money and i would call him back when i did..

Every day for the next month he called me while i was at work. Both my paychecks went to a other debts that were overlimit and getting larger much quicker..

On april 26 or so he caled before i was at work i was outside in the parking lot and i had gotten there early so i answered.
He was very angry and yelled at me about how it had been so long and that the papers had been on his desk since march

He then yelled at me asking me why i hadnt payed yet. I told him that my money went to other higher interest debts and he then said that he would make sure and tell the bank that i didnt think them i priority. I told him i didnt say that and not to twist my words

He then began telling me about how i was stealing he had this snide additute and said what made you think it was okay to take merchandise off the shelves without paying for it.
I then told him at the time i was working at best buy and they quit scheduling me. And that i thought that i would have been able to pay it easily.

That set him off he said oh interesting ill make sure that that goes in your employment history that you steal from your employer... I told him that i had some money from my taxes and i could give him 300 dollars but that was all my money to live on and i wouldnt be able to pay ny power or phone bills

He then became very happy he said okay i need you to goto western union and wire me the money. I asked if i could pay with a debit card or check by phone he said no i then told him that i couldnt do it today cause i had to work in 4 minutes.

His additude flip flopped again he told me i needed to be responsible and he didnt want to hear my excuses. I then said 'responsible? Oh like going to work when i am supposed to your right here i go' i then hung up. He immediately called back and i just let it ring...
