Video Professor
Ripoff Confusing advertising confusing instructions

Internet & Web

I ordered the "free" Excel lesson. I was sent three Excel CDs and three CDs I didn't order and had nothing to do with Excel. The instructions were that I could keep two of the CDs and must return the third one. How do you return one of three when you were sent six? At any rate, you are instructed to call for a "return authorization number". I called, but a recording said, "All Customer Service Representatives are busy".

I was instructed to leave my phone number or email them. I emailed them and was given an authorization number and was told I could keep two of the Excel CDs, but must return the third. I'm just returning all six. It's just confusing for me. I don't know why I was sent three CDs I didn't even order or why I have to send back the lesson I did order.
