Ripoff dishonest misleading fraudulent advertising

Contacted Ms. Poe about a yorkie, wanted $950 $300 shipping (to fly with friend in cabin not in cargo), wanted a cashiers check for $1250 overnighted the Monday after Christmas, went to the bank to try and get that but all banks and post offices were closed, instead got money orders. I called Ms. Poe to let her know that was unable to get the cashier's check and would have to mail out Tuesday, Ms. Poe told me that dog would not be shipped out until monies received, said I understood.
I asked Ms. Poe about the parents and said I could look at the dad on another website, mom is on her webiste, asked if they were the coarse hair yorkies, she said they were MIXED! I told Ms. Poe I was sorry but did not want the dog, did not know the dog was mixed and does not indicate that on her website, responded saying she had already deposited the money into her account, and does not refund.

I told her that I didn't want the dog, Ms. Poe said she would only refund the money ($950) once the dog was sold and that would be taking out money for time and effort.
I talked to husband said might as well get the dog instead of losing out all the money, husband called Ms. Poe, said we would have to pay another $300 to get him shipped out next week because friend was unable to fly out with him, checked the airline to see what flights were available, flight on Thursday with only him ($109) in cargo, Ms. Poe still wanted the $300 to ship him even though he would be in cargo and I had to wire the money to her account.

I received the dog Thursday night and took the dog to the vet within 48 hours so that health guarantee would not be void, called her to let her know, asked about the limited registration papers, Ms. Poe said they would be out first thing Monday (1-2) morning have not received those yet. I have called and emailed Ms. Poe about his registration papers and vet records and she has not responded to me.

I hope that everyone sees this and does not ever buy a product from anyone over the internet, this was the first and last time that i ever do something as STUPID as this.
