Ripoff does not fill orders just takes money

Ordered products for Christmas presents on Dec 8. Checked order status per website advise says "on order" then says should ship 14th allow 2 to 5 business days. Dec 19 call and was told that item had to be made and will ship that day ground. Then was told Dec 19 that would be shipped that day Fed Ex 2day would be here Wednesday. Then Thursday when it didn't show on Wed. That acct shows order was shipped Wed Dec 21 2 day air. During conversation they called Vendor who now says they are going to ship today 2 day air. Auto Anything never appologized only blamed it on the Vendor Putco. When I asked if it was really going to ship since I was told that it shipped on Monday and now was being told that my notes said it shipped yesterday and now they are saying it will ship today. Auto Anything never updated the website never contacted me back with the problems even after I had called on Monday no follow up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe the vendors they use are partially at fault but Auto Anything is the front of this and should have the customer service going since they are the ones making the money off us!
