Refusal to return our money even though we don't have their product

My husband and I ordered a video via Musician's Friend's website. Our order total came to $17.94, and a few days later we received a package from them. We ordered a video called "100 Greatest Guitar Riffs of all Time".
When we put the video in the VCR, we found that it was not the video we had ordered, even though the box had the correct name as did the label. We called Musician's Friend and reported the problem. They told us to keep the video we had already received and that they'd send out another one. A few days later we received the new one.
Once again, once we put it in the VCR we found out it was a completely different video. We called them yet again to report the problem, and the man we spoke with said that ALL of the videos with that title had been screwed up. He said we could choose another video or have our money back. My husband told the man he'd get back online to see which new video he wanted, but after doing so he didn't find any he liked. We called Musician's Friend back and asked for a refund.
The man I spoke with assured me that the money would be back in our checking account within 48 hours. Two weeks later I had still not received the refund. I called Musician's Friend and was told to wait a few more days since their "system was backed up". A few days later we had still not received the refund, so I called back AGAIN. The girl I spoke with informed me that a refund had never been put through to our account, and that we weren't going to be getting one either.
When I asked why I was told that since it was a video we could only exchange it for the same title as the original one we ordered. The problem with that is that Musician's Friend doesn't have the video due to the mix up with the wrong titles. When I explained that to the girl her response was "Well I don't know what to tell you". We still do not have the product we ordered and we still do not have the money back. This company is a joke!
