First my husband recieved a call from premium advantage, and the lady's name was kathe novak. She offered my husband a secured mastercard for a one time fee of 299.95, and the credit limit would be 5,000.00 if he responded quickly.

If he didn't respond quickly the amount would go down to 3,000.00. My husband told her that he had to talk it over with me first. He did ask for a call back number and her response was that she didn't have a call back number because her phone only did outgoing calls, (doesnt make sense).

Well, she told my husband that she can call me back the next day to talk it over with me. It all sounded so good to be true. Well, I gave her all the information. Now this was on a tuesday. I told her to take the money out on friday.

She said ok.By thursday I found out that this company was a fraud through your website. Thank you Jesus! I had just barely deposited money thursday evening and it takes 24 hours to take out, unless I go in person and withdraw my money out. Well, first thing friday morning I call premium advantage and told them that my husband barely was going to deposit the money friday morning and it takes 24 hours to be available. The guy told me he was going to check to see if anything had been taken out.

He told me that it was not available. I told him to take it out on saturday. He said that they couldn't until monday. After hanging up I went straight to the bank and withdrew my money. Then when I got home I called to cancel. Well, I was given a little hard time that my husband had to be the one to call to cancel because it was under his name. I told csr, then how come they took my husband's information from me and not him, that I was the main account holder in my bank.

And then she pauses and asked me, you were allowed to do that, and I said yes. And then she asked why did I want to cancel and I said b/c I wanted to. I have not gone to check my bank to see if they even tried to withdraw. But if they did, I will definitely tell them about you guys. Thank you usacomplaints.com.
