Ripoff false delinquent account notice

I recently recieved a delinquent account notice from National Magazine Exchange but I NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT with this company nor have I ever heard of them prior to this letter I received. Now they want me to pay them $268.32 for magazines I never ordered or received or they are going to report it to a collections agency and then to the credit bureaus if not payed in 10 days. I have called and left several messages and have not received any reply. What should I do now?
